When using PayPal® to pay for ShipitAPO services, you must add funds to your ShipitAPO account BEFORE we process your package. At the time of processing your package, fees will be deducted from your existing ShipitAPO account balance. As such, you need to send us money via PayPal before we process a package, otherwise there are penalties for having an insufficient ShipitAPO account balance. Use this address when sending us funds: [email protected]. Please include your ShipitAPO OneNumber (your ShipitAPO Account Number) somewhere in the transaction message, preferably in the subject line.
