Can others use my ShipitAPO account? Can I add authorized users to my account?

Yes! You can have four names on your Authorized Users list. These names can include nickname(s) or maiden name(s) for you or any other person you allow to use your ShipitAPO Account.

For a package to be successfully processed under your ShipitAPO Account the Account Owner name or ANY name found on your list of Authorized Users MUST MATCH the name found on the package, unless it is Pre-Claimed beforehand.

If neither their name or your name is found on the incoming package or in your Member account profile when we attempt to process the package, the package will be held. Additionally, the ShipitAPO Account Holder is responsible for ensuring that these Authorized Users are eligible for APO/FPO/DPO privileges. Your Authorized Users are responsible for using the exact format of your ShipitAPO address. All ShipitAPO services are charged to the holder of the account.

To update your Authorized Users list, once logged into your ShipitAPO Account, look under Account Settings, then for Authorized Users.
