All service requests are requested from within your ShipitAPO Account. Once logged in, from the Dashboard click on: Specific Package Services: Manage. You will need the tracking number of the package for which you are making specific service request.
Specific Package Service Request options include: Changing a package's destination address, changing the mail/postal class, changing insurance coverage, requesting an overpack, selecting Jump the Queue, requesting a 14-day hold, and other packaging services. Options requested will be applied to only the specified package.
