Our facilities are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. We are closed on all Federal holidays. We do not require pre-arranged notification or security code. Should a delivery attempt by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon (or any other delivery company) be made when we are closed, historically what happens is that they bring packages like this to us the next day or the day thereafter. Should you wish to use the shipping carrier's to re-schedule a redelivery process, please select a weekday.

If a package is left at our facility after hours, despite clear written instructions posted on our door, there is NO guarantee this package will still be there when we re-open the next business day. ShipitAPO is not responsible for package left by Amazon (or any other delivery company) after hours.
