This process will allow you to reset the password for your account.
You do NOT need access to the email address that is your current ShipitAPO username. You just need to remember what it is.
You will also need to remember the credit card number and the ZIP Code of the credit card billing address that you have on file in your account.
If you can't remember enough information, please contact ShipitAPO Customer Service.
Once your password is reset, you may then log into your account; at which time you can update your email address, password, and anything else that needs updating.
